1.- RATES: Attached rates include: rent / hire, unlimited mileage, CDW + TP and applicable 16 % Tax ( Balearics ) to these items.
Rates are in Euros.
Rates do not include: petrol, insurance excess, FW, PAI , extras nor applicable tax to these items.
2.- EXCESS AND EXEMPTIONS:
C.D.W : Collision damage waiver: partial exemption from liability for damages caused to the vehicle.
P.A.I.: Personal accident insurance.
T.P.: Theft protection: This exempts the customer from any liability for vehicle ´ s theft.
F.W.: Franchise waiver: This exempts the customer from franchise payments.
3.- P.A.I.: 2,10 euros per day + tax
4.- EXCESS AND FW ( FRANCHISE WAIVER ) :
*The excess liability to be paid by the client according to vehicle type will be the following:
For groups A, B ………………………………..… 600,00 Euros + tax.
For groups C, D,E1, I2, ……….....……………… 700,00 Euros + tax
For groups G1,G3,H,R, T2………......…………… 900,00 Euros + tax
For group N1,N2 …………………… …………. 1.200,00 Euros + tax
The client has got the possibility to contract a franchise waiver ( FW ), which is available at following rates:
Groups A, B ………………..……………… 6,00 Euros per day + tax
Groups C,D, E1,I2 …...……....... ……………. 6,50 Euros per day + tax
Groups G1,G3,H,R,T2 …......………..……… 7,50 Euros per day + tax
Group N1,N2 ……..…….…………….…….. 12,00 Euros per day + tax
5.- EXTRAS:
Baby/child seat / push chair: 3.01 euros per day + tax. Max. 30.10 euros + tax per rental.
Additional driver: 3.01 euros Per day and per driver + tax. Max. 30.10 euros + tax per driver. Maximum 4 drivers per car.
5.- EXTRAS: ( CONT. )
Young driver for 21 to 25 years old: 6.01 Euros + tax per day and per driver. Max. 60.10 Euros + Tax per driver.
Out of hours deliveries: 30.05 euros + tax per car and per rental.
Out of hours collections: 30.05 Euros + tax per car and per rental . Out of hours service only available at airports on request. See attached list of opening hours.
Minimum rental period is 1 day and 1 day is considered as 24 hours. Returns in excess of 59 minutes after the due time of return, will be charged at one extra day.
6.- FUEL: All cars will be delivered with a full tank and the client will pay a deposit for it considering vehicle model and tank capacity. If the car is not brought back full, the client will have to pay for the petrol.
7.- RESERVATIONS:
- All reservations must be sent to Betacar at least 3 days before client ´s arrival except
in the case there would be an agreement between both parties.
- Reservations with shuttle service from hotel / accommodation to our office or viceversa will have a surcharge of 12.00 euros + IVA per car and per way.
- Reservations for airport : 12,00 euros + tax for airport surcharge per car.
- Reservations for harbour (service only available in Menorca island) : 12.00 euros + tax for harbour surcharge per car.
- Reservations at Betacar city offices within offices opening times: free of charge.
- Reservations for groups E1,H,I2,G1,G3,N1,N2,R, and T2 always previous request to Betacar.
- Betacar will have the right to apply stop sell for the necessary groups during peak season.
- Reservations admission: Betacar will ask that reservations will be totally completed, with all necessary information ( delivery date, time, collection date, time, vehicle group, delivery place and name of the client ).
- Cancellation costs: if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to delivery date, Betacar reserves its right to charge for cancellation costs 30.00 euros per car + tax.
8.- DRIVER: The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a full driving licence for at least one year. For group G1,G3,H, N1 and N2, the client must be at least 25 years old and having had a full driving licence for at least 1 year.
9.- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If there would be any state or autonomic tax increases, these would not be included in the rates attached, and we will have to increase rates accordingly.
10.-A PAYMENT: All rental charges will be paid directly by the client to Betacar when picking up the vehicle.
10.-B APPLICABLE INVOICING RATE: Please take into account that the applicable invoicing rate will always be the applicable one on the check out date ( when picking the car up ), even if there was to be a reason change during the rental, according as well to the agreed duration bands as indicated on the attached rate grids.
10.-C ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS: VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, AMEX & DINERS.
11.- GUARANTEE : Betacar can as the client for one, two or three credit cars for further guarantee and qualification, reserving its right to not deliver the car.
12.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: For any dispute or controversy that may arise under the interpretation or execution of this contract, both parties agree that these shall fall within the competence of the Courts of Ibiza.
