It is formed by a deep entrance, a 50m long horizon and two steep cliffs. The rocky bottom is covered by vegetation. This cliff has a really wild beauty.
Playas de Portinatx
It is a gulf in the northern edge of the island. The sea goes deeper into the sand forming four different coves, Puente de Portinaxt beach, S'Arenal Gross, S'Arenal Petit and Es Raco de sa Imatge.
There are southern winds, from the beach to the sea, always warm and mild.

Cala Xucla
After a slight fall, another virgin area appears to our eyes. It is enclosed by cliffs, a rocky shore and purely crystalline waters.
Cala Xarraca
A bit less than a hundred meters of hard and golden sand, enclosed by sharp cliffs covered by the typical vegetation of the island.
Their surroundings are "clean" of building complexes. It has a breathtaking view.
Cala Benirras
One of locals' favourite beaches since its north orientation allows to enjoy the sun all afternoon long.
Surrounded by some mountain ranges whose torrent pours water right into the sand within a heavenly landscape. Such a majestic enclave invites to respect the environment.
Puerto de San Miguel
A group of three connected beaches, with medium size grain alternating with some rocky and pebbled areas and an appealing water vegetation to practise some snorkelling.
As it is a heavily developed area, you will find a wide range of services and sport and leisure activities. Those preferring some calmness can found out the charm of the island going deeper into its lovely paths.
